How should I store my compounds?
Our compounds ships as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is highly stable. For short-term storage (under 3 months), a cool, dark location at room temperature is sufficient. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8°C or freeze at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Properly stored lyophilized compounds remains stable for 2+ years. Once reconstituted, use within 4–6 weeks when refrigerated with bacteriostatic water.
How fast do pre-orders ship?
Pre-order items ship as soon as the incoming batch clears testing. Any pre-order items typically take an additional 1-2 weeks to deliver.
