Availability of COAs may vary by product or batch.

6. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any individual or entity

  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per order

  • Cancel orders suspected of misuse or policy violations

Payment must be completed in full prior to shipment.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Horizon Labs Bio is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Shipping interruptions

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials:

  • Returns are not accepted once an order has shipped

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment may be eligible for a refund

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Horizon Labs Bio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products sold on this website.
